This renovation reimagined the kitchen, laundry, main living areas, and bathrooms with a focus on improved functionality, fresh materials, and a distinctly personal aesthetic. Thoughtful kitchen layout changes introduced a concealed pantry, expanded storage, and a double-island configuration, creating a more functional space for everyday living and entertaining.

Warm white oak and rich blue cabinetry bring depth and character, while custom details throughout celebrate the clients’ art collection and treasured family heirlooms. The bathrooms were refreshed with brighter materials, thoughtful layout changes, and subtle blue herringbone tile.

The result is a home that feels modern yet inviting, thoughtfully designed around the people, pieces, and stories that make it uniquely theirs.
