This phase of the Arbor Heights renovation transformed the home’s main living areas, including the kitchen, dining nook, entry, living room, and primary suite. The original layout felt dated and closed off, so the redesign focused on creating a more connected, inviting flow with warm natural materials and layered textures.

The kitchen features warm wood cabinetry, dark countertops, matte black hardware, and a vertically stacked tile backsplash that adds depth and interest. A custom green velvet banquette anchors the dining nook, while the living room’s new stone fireplace creates a strong focal point surrounded by warm wood tones and layered furnishings.

The primary suite was reimagined as a cozy retreat with a custom white oak vanity, brass fixtures, a textured tile steam shower, and patterned floor tile. The result is a cohesive, modern home designed for comfort, gathering, and everyday living.
