Although the footprint remained the same, the before and after of this primary bath could not be more different! This goes to show you that you don’t always have to reimagine a layout to get the most out of your space. We traded the obtrusive tub deck for a freestanding tub and ditched the carpet for a winding blend of floor tiles that leads your eye across the room and back to the inset focal tile in the shower. The painted vanity and warm colors were the perfect compliment to the view and brought the outdoors in. Mixed metals, oversized mirrors, wall to wall tile behind the vanity, and statement lighting added drama and personality to the space.
